Ballet is a highly technical dance style that requires a dancer to be very disciplined. Ballet has it's own vocabulary based on French terminology. Ballet is an essential form of dance becauses it teaches the basic fundamentals for executing most dance steps. 

Pointe technique is the part of classical ballet technique that concerns pointe work, in which a ballet dancer supports all body weight on the tips of fully extended feet within Pointe shoes. Pointe classes are only offered on a one on one basis. 

Jazz is an upbeat form of dance that is paired with rhythms and techniques of jazz music. Jazz dance gives a dancer more freedom with movement.

Hip Hop includes a wide range of dance styles which includes breaking, locking, popping and freestyle dance. Hip Hop gives dancers freedom of movement and creativity. 

One on One lessons are offered  in all dance styles. One on One dance lessons are recommended for dancers seeking individual attention.
